We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all orders. If your order does not exceed your highest expectations, we will refund the amount for all unused, unopened merchandise from your order addressed within 30 days from receipt of the order. Note, the shipping fee to an order is non-refundable.

Return Qualifications:

For products to qualify for a return, product must be purchased from our site. Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Products must be returned with no visible signs of use including lash glue or any discrepancy with the product.

Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges.  In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it within 30 days of the date of purchase.
